About the Company

Scion Capital Enterprises is a real estate investing company based in Fort Myers, Florida. We specialize in purchasing bank owned single- and multi-family residential and commercial properties, renovating them as necessary and then leasing it to tenants or selling selling it affordably.

Our ultimate goal is to privde affordable housing to tenants and first-time homebuyers. We strive to take people off the rent rolls and enable them to achieve the American Dream.

We utilize private mortgage lenders to fund our projects. Although we could get financing from traditional sources such as the bank, private mortage lenders cut out the middle man and give our lenders a better return than if they kept their money in a CD, money market account, traditional or Roth IRA or 401k. All while backed by a mortgage promissory note and title and hazard insurance.

The exectives at Scion Capital Enterprises have a wide realm of expereince and backgrounds, from accounting, lending, banking and financial services to computer technologies, sales and investing. We have over 28 years of experience in real estate investing and 21 years in mortgage lending.

This puts us in a powerful position as we are familiar with all different market situations and usually already have a solution for any issues that might arise.
